         In order to prevent the rusting, we do four layers of the surface;

           1)      Hot dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;

           2)      Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;

           3)      Rich zinc epoxy powder coating: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;

           4)      Polyester color powder coating: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self-cleaning.

Dog friendly, heavy duty, hot dipped galvanized according to EN ISO1461 /powder coating

1)   Heavy Duty ----all welded (Dia32mm) frame pipe. Heavy Dia3.8mm/Dia4mm black, welded tempered steel mesh.

2)   Dog friendly---- No sharp edges and mesh ends are welded onto the frame!

3)   Hot dipped Galvanizing /Powder-coating finish -----provides nice surface and anti-corrosion protection

4)   Easy to assemble----only 2 clamps required per pre-assembled panel. Additional panels can  be added to make different or larger configurations.

 5) Carton packing or pallet packing is available for easy transportation.
